Depending upon your perspective, there is no such thing as a “bad war”. Somebody makes a killing no matter who wins. Bad juju for one guy means good juju for another guy. It has been thus for 6000 years, and no amount of propaganda or law classes or sermons can possibly stop this. Take Zelenskyy—please—who has made a tidy sum since becoming the president of Ukraine. He is already a multimillionaire and, if he can stay out of Putin’s hands, will have a nice retirement.
For year after year the Biden, Pelosi, Romney and Kerry families all made a fortune off the ferociously corrupt carcass that goes by the name of “Ukraine”. In reality it existed only to pass money on to members of the ruling elites of the US, to provide a convenient threat to Putin and to prop up the Ukrainian company of Burisma. Now all those heady days are coming to an end. No wonder the ruling class of the US is in high dudgeon over the Russian invasion of their cash cow.
And let us be naïve and think that “somebody will pay” for all the mendacity and corruption surrounding this Ukraine fiasco. Nobody will pay anything. When have you ever heard of a member of the world’s ruling elite spending time in any prison? For that matter, when have you ever heard of any arms merchant spending time in any prison?

Nice job if you can get it.
True that!
Folks speak of killing Putin.
Seems to me the world would be much much better off with the physical removal of the names Mike mentioned plus 500 others, hung for their crimes.
I was thinking 1000, but 500 would make a good start. Sort of like a down payment.
No worries Mike, we can do it your way.
I’ve been in a mood. I took the afternoon went shooting my big sniper rifle this afternoon, only forty rounds. My rifle, a custom built 338 Lapua Mag, has its own Schmidt and Bender PMII, in MRAD, Thunder Beast can. 26 in #9 Krieger barrel, straight custom trigger breaks at 3 pounds, consistent.
Ended the day working 1600 yards. Was my day, everything clicked, my rounds are my own home grown, Once fired Lapua brass, gifted to me by British SAS, few years ago. I got all their once shot brass. match grade primers, 96g of VV N165, 300g, ELD bullets. Each bullet sized and weighed. I use a digital powder dump. Re weigh every third bullet.
Forty rounds launched, forty kill shots, like I said, it was my day. I’ve not shot my 338 lm, been saving my ammo. Long range skills are so so perishable, other then last week with the ar15 bull barrel and a month ago with a 300wm, I’m just not shooting.
My shoot foo magically worked like magic today. Unless your a distance shooter it’s hard to explain the magic feeling, a sense of accomplishment, hitting at distance.
