I expect if a pissed off daddy knocked joe’s teeth (or dentures) out and all over the floor, the government would trump the charge to attempted murder when in fact, that would not be the case at all. And, following the unlikely event, the daddy would be beaten senseless and sentenced to jail for nearly ever by American political thugs who do that kind of thing, in the name of Liberty of course.
And surely there would be some who would take the shot for that turd, just like they are hired and they are sworn to do. But I wouldn’t and I don’t know anyone else who would either.
