“For behold…the people that walked in darkness…”

The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined.

“And all flesh shall see it together. For the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.”

    Well, well…
I doubted I’d see the day. Interesting times, no?

  • Gordon Scott June 24, 2022, 11:15 AM

Interesting, yes. The ability of the left to squeal, stamp feet and justify violence will be the freak flag flying this weekend.

    • Casey Klahn June 24, 2022, 11:22 AM

It goes without saying that there would be cold jail cells waiting for the perpetrators, and the promoters(!) of political violence were it to come from the Right. As it is, we’ll see how many rioters go to jail for BrownShirting the SCOTUS decisions.

  • Sirk June 24, 2022, 11:57 AM

Threaten to kill a SCOTUS, in the proximity of his home, with a weapon and, zero security,

Jan 6th happens our lords vote themselves a decent raise to hire personal security. That’s left and right!

Just proves the point that, Some Animals are Just Better Then Others.

As a great ship continues to move forward through the water after the engines have been reversed, so the nation moved forward in the right direction after the Good Captain has been removed from the bridge.
But the Wrong Man is now at the wheel and is steering us all once more towards the rocks. Brace for impact.

    • Denny June 24, 2022, 3:31 PM

      “Brace for impact”

“There is no neutral ground in the universe. Every square inch, every split second is claimed by God, and counterclaimed by Satan.” – C. S. Lewis

      • LP June 24, 2022, 4:47 PM

        Denny, Thanks for posting that.
I’ve never seen that quote from C. S. Lewis, it’s a great one. It’s reassuring. Claimed by God.

When I saw that headline “Supreme Court overturns Roe v Wade” it had a profound effect on me that was entirely unexpected. I’m not an emotional person at all but I almost cried. I was crying for all of the carnage that has occurred over the past 50 years, and for all of the broken hearts.

    • Jack June 24, 2022, 5:12 PM

Well, don’t become overwhelmed by the emotion of it all. The ruling may have changed but the hearts and minds of the people who support and demand abortion have only been hardened, and well beyond what they were before this SCOTUS decision.

I anticipate that we will hear of be shown many instances, staged or not, where babies are brutally aborted by less than qualified doctors… ritual sacrifices to further enflame the hearts and minds of everyone who has any kind of opinion about the act. And every single instance will be blamed upon Christians and anyone else who is anti-abortion.

      • ghostsniper June 24, 2022, 7:18 PM

        You’re right Jack.
There is an endless supply of eager <70's out there ready to throw themselves on the victim pyre. The media will lap that shit up with big watermelon spoons and shovel all over the screens all day and all night. I won't be surprised if the first victim is in the making as I type.

      • Snakepit Kansas June 25, 2022, 5:53 AM

Now that a state can end abortion, we must pray for the changing of hardened hearts.

  • ThisIsNotNutella June 24, 2022, 5:03 PM

A great day. A moral and tactical victory. No nation should provide any kind of imprimatur for infanticide.

    Now to Strategy:

Be of good cheer and take out your pen and paper and take careful note of those who spew invective in the heat of the moment.

A serious nation would also build an Infanticide Memorial, placed abutting that other one and scaled 1:1 proportionately. If the murdered unborn weren’t a Holocaust to Moloch, then I’d like to know what they were.

  • Mike Seyle June 24, 2022, 5:11 PM

When you’re on your knees, the music will carry you through. Thanks for the music, Gerard.

  • Terry June 24, 2022, 8:36 PM

The turds that govern Cali, Oregoon & the state of Washington have announced they are open for business for any woman wanting to kill her baby. Infanticide is of no consequence in those states.

How can people sink so low. Makes me so sad to watch this Nation literally vanish before my very eyes.

Murder, torture, rioting, arson, theft and general mayhem all orchestrated by so-called government.

All above comments withstanding, … I listened to the the Choir (and while not a Mormon; rather self-identifying as Christian, i.e., one who daily attempts to obey the instruction: “Follow Me.”).

It is impossible to listen to and observe the organization of, as well the technology supporting this Choir and not admit there is something greater than anyone or separate grouping of these “believers”.

And, while for some “circumambulating” may generate a sense of being part of something, as an expression of “glory to God” the individual members of this Choir’s willingness to be a mere, unnecessary, singular participant in something cumulatively majestic speaks for itself (or so I observe).

  • Gordon Scott June 24, 2022, 11:54 PM

I was watching the coverage from the Phoenix Fox station. Protesters were banging on the doors of the State Senate building. Why? I dunno, perhaps they’re too stupid to protest at the federal building. Or maybe they want to intimidate the legislators.

But when a line of state riot police deployed inside the building, in view of the protesters, it got quiet.

See, when the George Floyd thing was happening elsewhere, there was an attempted riot in Scottsdale that lasted about 30 minutes before it got shut down, hard. Those arrested were prosecuted, not patted on the hand.

    It can be done.

This is much bigger then abortion. I would expect extreme violence between now and the mid terms.

The wrong people have been dying.

    • Vanderleun June 25, 2022, 7:47 AM

There’s always a chance for a course correction and new target selection.

      • Dirk June 25, 2022, 8:33 AM

Target selection, only way they come off “ The List” is if god himself removes em.

What’s coming ain’t personal,,,,,, it’s just taken care of business.

        Off to the air show!

  • jiminalaska June 25, 2022, 7:18 AM

If the media were to tell it like it is I suspect most Americans, even most democrats, would support the overturn of Roe vs Wade; most Americans think killing children, no matter how young, and selling the body parts is just plain evil.

  • Gordon Scott June 25, 2022, 9:54 AM

Jim in AK, when folks say that leftist politics are a religion, and abortion is a sacrament, they’re not kidding.

I mean, you can talk to some of them and they will admit that the fervent pro-abortion types are embarrassing, and they themselves can live with restrictions. These folks aren’t screaming downtown right now. But they will bend to the fanatics, every time.

Joe Biden introduced an constitutional amendment to overturn Roe in 1982.

    • John the River June 25, 2022, 5:38 PM

Also Joe Biden (and Groucho)… These are my principles, if you don’t like them, I have others.

Rep. Karianne Lisonbee described a text message she said she received urging her to hold men accountable for unwanted pregnancies.

“I got a text message today saying I should seek to control men’s ejaculations and not women’s pregnancies … I do trust women enough to control when they allow a man to ejaculate inside of them and to control that intake of semen,” the Clearfield Republican told reporters at a news conference at the Utah Capitol on Friday.

Roe was all about abortion; of babies and of the constitution. The irony is that the rejection of Roe is not about abortion, it is about emanations and penumbras.
