Noted in Passing: A Man in Full

“I’m older than mosta you and I can tell you that the only real possession you’ll ever have is your character, that and your ‘scheme of life,’ you might say. The Manager has given every person a spark from His own divinity, and no one can take that away from you, not even the Manager himself, and from that spark comes your character. Everything else is temporary and worthless in the long run, including your body. What is the human body? It’s a clever piece a crockery containing a quart a blood. And it’s not even yours! One day you’re gonna have to give it back! And where are your possessions then? They’re gonna be picked over by one bunch a buzzards or another. What man’s ever been remembered as great because of the possessions he devoted his life to ’cumulating? I can’t think of any. So why don’t we pay more attention to the one precious thing we possess, the spark the Manager has placed in our souls?”

More grist for the mill. I like the Salty Cracker dude. He’s saying exactly what I’m thinking. A teacher UNLOCKED the door and this freak walked in and shot up everybody only a couple of minutes later? The freak posted to facebook that he shot his grandma? Lots of people read that. Parents were arrested while attempting to rescue their children? There will be a demand for video footage. If the school says the cameras weren’t working then you know the fix is in. Every conclusion Mr. Cracker is voicing is mine and should be everyone else’s. https://www.bitchute.com/video/bCWVJj7ybaeO/

    One. Man.

    Looks like it’s Jacob Alvarado.

The governor of Texas says that the LEOs lied to him before the big press conference. He doesn’t say they were confused, or fog of war. He says he made notes of what they said, and they deliberately lied to him.

Y’all know I am not a conspiracy theory guy. I’m not one in this case. But something in the whole civic response to this–police, sheriff, Border Patrol, U.S. marshals and the elected leadership–something stinks, something rotten. Asses are seeking cover.

The freak sent private messages on Facebook. You could post to my Facebook page and I might not see it for weeks. It wasn’t like he was livestreaming the messages to Brian Stelter’s CNN show.

Teachers and everyone else do stupid stuff like propping doors open. Schools are not secure fortresses. I was in public schools for 12 years. Every single building had multiple unlocked doors. Prisons are about as secure as anything and stuff gets into prisons constantly.

We brought guns to show and tell in grade school, and there were at least 50 long guns in racks in student’s pickups in the high school parking lot. Indeed, one school shooting was cut short some years ago when students raced to their trucks to get their guns.

Security is not the problem. Screwed up people is the problem.

I am willing to accept that a small town police chief is utterly incapable of directing an active shooter response. That makes all the sense in the world. I can believe that town leaders are closing ranks to hide their incompetence in hiring him. I can certainly believe that the media has gotten many of the “facts” of this case wrong, wrong, wrong, and continue to do so. Stuff that was breathlessly reported as fact 12 hours ago is now reported as completely different.

Someone whose people weren’t there–perhaps the Texas AG–needs to be the single focal point of official information.

Anyone talking about where the tranny freak got the money for the guns and ammo yet?
I’ve been shopping for a new gun lately and the sticker shock is something else. My non-expert guesstimate would be four thousand. And this “Hell’s Hall of Fame” inductee with no job, from a poor family, breezes in and buys it all. Including apparently body armor. Even in Texas do they even sell that to non-LEO?
The Border Patrol guy is a hero, that is the only thing I believe.

    • Nori May 29, 2022, 7:10 AM

The money, yes. It’s a well-known fact that the Mexican cartels recruit young men and women to carry drugs across our borders. They’ll park near a local high school with a case of beer and wait for their customers. Occasionally a kid gets busted with a small load of fentanyl and a large wad of cash, but they’re kids.Catch and release, like cute little fishies.
This particular freak was being chased that day by Border Patrol. BORTAC,their elite unit, had been called in. Very good chance there’s much more to this story that we’ll never be told.

    • ghostsniper May 29, 2022, 7:13 AM

You’re about right on that gun cost.
      This guy lays it out:
      https://bigcountryexpatoriginal.blogspot.com/2022/05/confusing.html?m=1

FWIW, you can build one much better for far less and if you know which end of the screwdriver to jam in the bad guys eye you won’t find it very difficult. Fun too!

The young perp gets targeted by the FBI through his web postings and then is “used” as the platform to create the disaster. This has been proven time and time again. There is a concerted effort from the top down behind all of these black swans going all the way back to McVey and probably beyond. As a demolitions specialist in the army for 4 years there is no way in hell anfo can cause the trucks rear axle to “bounce” and land 2 blocks away. Physically impossible.

In the wake of 9/11, the Feds were doing similar provocateur stings on young, dumb/crazy American Muslims. Gotta keep the populace shit-scared of *someone* if you’re going to justify your existence as an agency.

    • azlibertarian May 29, 2022, 7:43 AM

      ….sticker shock….

While they’re not exactly a dime-a-dozen, an AR15 with optics and a bipod can be had for $750 or so. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/934273027

Is this a quality AR? I doubt it. Will it jamb or break in the first 500 rounds? I doubt that too.

This nutcase had a plate carrier, but no plates. Not knowing that second part until after the shooting is completely understandable. And IMO, any non-felon should be able to buy body armor should they so choose.

That Border Patrol guy is an absolute hero….a bullet creased his hat.
      https://citizenfreepress.com/breaking/photos-of-off-duty-border-agent-who-killed-salvador-ramos/

The problem they’ll face is in how to give this guy the recognition that he deserves without highlighting the (apparently) ample failures of the other law enforcement in the area.

      • ghostsniper May 29, 2022, 10:04 AM

One of the guns was positively identified as well as the sight it was sporting and it cost about $1800 + $800 for the reflex sight. The 2nd one seemed pretty standard.

      • Dirk May 29, 2022, 11:52 AM

Any m4 can be made to run well with minor upgrades. A quality trigger group, a bolt carrier group , in my optioning the VLTOR A5 recoil system is the single best upgrade one can make.

Anymore I’m amused with rifles sporting red dot sights. Great investment, but a rifle must have a great set of back up sight. Red dots are durable, but not full proof. A hard hit, a dead battery a damaged rail all can easily put your ability to shoot straight out of order.

A simple set of BUIS ‘s are still a best practice. Don’t forget good mags in that package. If a mags failed to feed two times or more, throw it away. It just may save you or a loved one, some day.

One blogger has said that the actual guns and equipment he dad was worth over $8000. Then there is his truck. I had a $50 car when I was 18. Of course I don’t know where he got this kind of money but I don’t see how it could be from a legal source. As for the propped open door, I’m guessing this is the door that the smoking teachers use and it is just left propped open all the time. Of course they didn’t want to admit that so it was claimed to be left open by a teacher who went to her car to get her cell phone. Too much here is fishy, just like the Las Vegas shooter story the FBI put out and then demanded that everyone shut up about.

    Avoid crowds and,
    for numerous reasons,
caring, responsible parents should not allow their children attend public school.

A quote worthy of remembering, and trying your best to live by. How soon we forget how simple life was meant to be. Your “Character”, not your words, define who and what you are. The rest of the world and those around you react accordingly. Your character defines what your actions will be in any event you are faced with.

  • Dirk May 29, 2022, 11:44 AM

One man who understands what needed to happen, regardless of the consequences he may incur.

A Hero, a common man with the moral courage to say fuck you to a chain of command so out of touch, willing to allow our greatest gift, our children to be sacrificed.

Once a cop looses the respect of virtually everybody in his or her town, their done. Zero credibility in life, zero credibility on the stand when in court.

“ But I was only following orders”. Bullshit they hid like lil bitchs. The gov of texas should have already issued instructions for all those whom coward, to resign effective immediately from law enforcement.

This is what “ group think”, “political promotions” and “pussys” whom were promoted based on the “Peter Principle” has come to.

Think I’ve shared that I was an SRO for ten years. Most difficult and rewarding job I’ve ever had. The honor to work with our youth to seek and find solutions is well frankly awesome. When incorporating our youth into solution based community needs. The youth recognize the challenge and excell and finding reasonable solution. This is how we assist building leaders.

I’ll never forget I had a LT, name was Mark McDaniel, a spineless piece of shit. I recall the day after never even being in the local high school telling the clowns on SWAT, ok men we will always meet at this door on the south side of the building.

We will sweep all three floors searching for the shooter. He looked at me saying Dirk you SHALL meet us at the door to let us in.

And once again I stomped on this spineless pricks dick. Sorry LT, I won’t be available. You see I’ll be wherever the shooter is. Ima be pretty busy shooting the fuck out of the school shooter. In fact LT McDaniel why don’t you move swiftly to the sound of the gunfire. You might even. Save a life or two.

We’ll ol LT McDaniel turns red in the face stands and while yelling at me, orders me to do exactly what my orders were. And this is an order.

I started laughing, stood and as I walked out, saying what ever LT. I’ll be down to open the door for you after I take care of business. The moral of the story is, this tube of pigs swillow spent 25 years sucking his way to the top. I have zero time for these fucking losers.

And by the grace of god I never had a shooter, but I’ll be go to hell before I follow retarded orders issued by retards.

I see this clodhopper twice a year at our retired pistol qualification courses. Still a dildo. He’s sober now, working the 12 steps. He’s reached out to me while working his steps, “ make amends” I’m not interested in being his amends.

The finest leaders I’ve ever met were the men and women whom never ever wanted to lead.

  • KCK May 29, 2022, 12:22 PM

Now it looks as though Algorado was not the gunner who dispatched the shooter, but what the hell do I know/ The news is all over the place. Did LEO fuck up? Absolutely yes and in a slow motion train wreck kind of way.

    • ghostsniper May 29, 2022, 12:53 PM

One thing you can count on from here on out is massive lying by the gov’t and the media.
Neither seem to be concerned with credibility.
How does a nation survive with that platform?

      • Casey Klahn May 29, 2022, 3:45 PM

I feel like Gen. Lee without cavalry in Pennsylvania. That’s why I literally try to sniff the air. Use: inductive reasoning as well as deductive.

  • Tom Hyland May 29, 2022, 1:21 PM

    I’ll type out a very interesting statement I found at Gab… Jim@dutchjim says…
“Salvador Ramos’s classmate said “he was bullied for being poor” but has a full-size fairly new truck, a $1000 iPhone, Daniel defense rifle $2,100, upgraded S&W rifle $1,000, eotech laser sight $500, tons of ammo. He just turned 18 a week ago. Something is fishy. An article that interviewed his grandpa says the kid dropped out of school, didn’t work full time, played call of duty, left his mom’s house because of crappy WiFi. How did he come up with $4,000 to purchase all these weapons on his 18th birthday? I smell the FBI.”

    • ghostsniper May 29, 2022, 6:54 PM

      Yep. Again.
