Yesterday morning, a young woman from Nazareth named Mary who was heavy with child and her carpenter husband arrived in the town of Be’it Laham to be enumersted as required by the Roman dept of Census. And even though she about to give birth, no accommodations could be found for her
.. Why is that?
And to compound the scandal she was obliged to deliver the child in a manger .. A MANGER! And yet not a word of apology from authorities. Meanwhile Herod is sending another thousand drachmas to fuel the Parthian Kingdom’s border dispute with Rome
And now we hear stories about choruses of angelic voices singing alleluias in the heavens along with a rumoured visitation by three Oriental Heads of States bearing gifts of gold .. and not a single word about it from the Jerusalem Times. Three Kings from Orient are bearing gold to a MANGER .. but nobody over at the Times is even remotely intrigued. And what about Heaven itself singing things like “Joy To The Word” When did that last occur .. when Methusulah was a toddler?
So whats going on here? Whats the motivation for this silence? One word .. POWER! Its all about power for Herod. Its rumoured he’s actually paranoid about challengers to this throne .. and this newborn is supposedly exactly that. Thats what the visitation of the three kings is about
And why should Herod be so afraid of a newborn? Is it because he knows hes truly illegitimate? A mere puppet for the globalist Romans .. who are the ones he really answers to … as opposed to me or you?

The more things change, the more they stay the same.
Was it really wonderful two thousand years ago? Were people kind and helpful? Have things really changed all that much? Or are we living Groundhog Day?
In the end, that doesn’t matter. We have a holiday to celebrate. Happy Birthday, Jesus.
