File under: "You gotta cut somewhere, and besides I wasn't really using them." Hugh Hefner to sack Playboy bunnies amid financial crisis
The news will be another blow to Hefner who recently discovered that two of his "bunnies" may have been cheating on him. Holly Madison, who has previously been named as Hefner's "No.1" girlfriend, is alleged to have had an affair with magician Criss Angel and another bunny, Kendra Wilson, is reportedly dating football star Hank Baskett.Did they really cheat on Hef because other men have magic and can score touchdowns, or did they cheat because they were tired of sleeping with Keith Richards' grandfather? Ah, the unquestionable ethics of the Sexual Revolution...
Posted by: ExUrbanKevin at September 25, 2008 12:19 PMThe revolution may be over, but Hefner is still revolting.
Posted by: Gagdad Bob at September 25, 2008 4:04 PMC'mon now, Hef is like the astronauts. He gets all the Tang.
Posted by: Hal at September 25, 2008 4:52 PMDude's 82. I am a generation younger than he is, and I feel times effects. Isn't it time for him to fade quietly into the wood work?
Posted by: Fat Man at September 25, 2008 6:12 PMHef's not living a vanilla life with just one woman to whom he's been married for decades? I am shocked, shocked at this.
Seriously, now, when the doddering old King of Viagra has to thin out the bunny herd, you know things are bad. What assaults against the charmed lives of the 60's and 70's will be next?
Posted by: askmom at September 25, 2008 8:06 PMHef has become a caricature, and an outdated one at that. How grotesque.
