You keep trying to think through this logically, when human logic outside of a math course is not vulcan logic.

Logic is logic. Human, Vulcan, Divine, logic is unchanged. Human behavior and action is problematic, though. People act idiotically then try to justify it with weak syllogisms and poor arguments they claim as logic.
