Howard: Read the text again, slowly and carefully. No one's comparing Rand Paul to any of the aforementioned.

Don Rodrigo, Theodore Dalrymple states that Kim Il Sung is so terrible, that in comparison, he makes the others -- Idi Amin Dada, Ayatollah Khomeini,... Mao Tse Tung, seem like soulmates of Rand Paul. How do you read it otherwise?
On a total agony basis, I believe Mao was the worst perpetrator of hellishness on Earth or off Earth.
