Going for the Bronze

If he selects one of the four Bronze plans (whose average monthly premium is $453), Joe qualifies for $452 in average monthly subsidies
—meaning that, regardless of which Bronze plan he chooses, he will pay a monthly premium of exactly $1. You read that correctly. The very same healthcare plan that would cost you $453 per month, is available to Joe for $1 per month—i.e., the cost of three oatmeal-raisin cookies at your local Subway sandwich shop. Over the course of a year, you will pay a total of $5,436 in policy premiums, while Joe, who sadly failed to qualify for free healthcare through Medicaid, will pay his own fair share of $12. This is all in the interest of social justice, you understand. -- FrontPage Magazine

Your Say

It could be worse. This could be an ilegal alien family with four kids getting totally free health care paid with yur taxes. That is the plan don'tcha know...

That is while that illegal alien is receiving his Additional Child Tax Credit that he is sending to that child back in Latin America, assuming of course that the child he claims actually exists.

Neither of you 2 have been paying attention. Illegal aliens have at least 12 dependents.

No matter how high your estimate of the damage, the actual number is at least 8 times higher. But it is so buried in bullshit it will never really be known.

Austin is the part of Texas that votes for Democrats. It's only a matter of time before Texas is bankrupted by multiple unnecessary high-speed rail projects, plus various assorted other boondoggles, demanded by the California locusts.

California now has one less hedge fund salesman. I'd say that's a good thing.
