Maybe he should change his last name to Richard. Or, perhaps Putz.

Reminds me of the story about the man who appeared before a judge with the intention of asking the court's sanction on a name change.

The judge says, "What's your name, sir?"

Guy says, "Joe Shit."

Judge: "Well, I can see why you want to change your name. What do you want to change it to?"

Guy: "Charlie Shit."

So we was repeatedly elected by New Yorkers to Congress, also because of his last name ? That would explain a lot.

Although not a theater major, he's played his role brilliantly. The focus remains on the clown, and away from the operative he may have cohabitated with. New York, capitol of the convenience marriage.
