Fox News’s Roger Ailes responds to Justice Dept. investigation

"The administration’s attempt to intimidate Fox News and its employees will not succeed and their excuses will stand neither the test of law, the test of decency, nor the test of time. We will not allow a climate of press intimidation, unseen since the McCarthy era, to frighten any of us away from the truth." -- WaPo

Your Say

The quietness of the legacy media about the unconstitutional actions of the Obama Regime shouts at us that have "eyes to see and ears to hear".

Is our social contract with our federal government broken ?

The Constitution went into effect on March 4, 1789. That is the social contract in the US. If some Ron Paul kook doesn't get it, too bad. The rest of us do get it. Notice the kooks would rather fight on The Right than ever dare resist the Left or the Islamists. It is hatred of the rest of us that unites them with America's enemies.

I'd say, reviewing at the entire field of intimidation employed by the executive and bureaucratic Left, that they have been very successful, and they clearly think so too. To judge their vulnerabilities through the lens of an era now gone by is exactly like believing there was no way this creature could be re-elected in the face of his record. There are no scandals when people will not be scandalized.
