Sunday's Stack's SWAK
- A Better Way to Screw. The real reason behind the invention of this screw:
It was designed to come out as if was driven in by screwdrivers so the screw head would not be ruined or broken off. When tightening a Phillips screw with a Phillips screw driver you will notice that when the torque gets to be too strong, the screw driver winds itself out of the screw–a feature built into the design of the system.

"...when the torque gets to be too strong, the screw driver winds itself out of the screw...." If you give it enough down pressure you can overcome this feature, and strip it out into a nice clean cone, which makes a good pilot hole for the easy out drill. Done it lots of times. With Chinese steel, it takes very little down pressure.

That's funny, the way I've heard it is "A gentleman isn't fully dressed if he's unarmed." Hmm -- what was that Talese guy's first name again?

Appreciate these types of retros. They're sophisticated and have an incredible comfy suit. They're awesome which has a set of trousers for almost any evening out on trips.
