Last week, President Barack Obama signed a resolution passed by the House and Senate outlining government funding
for a range of science disciplines for the remainder of the fiscal year. On page 64, H. R. 933, says: “$75,000,000 shall be for pre-formulation and/or formulation activities for a mission that meets the science goals outlined for the Jupiter Europa mission in the most recent planetary science decadal survey.” -- Discovery News

What we need is Tuco for government science czar. "If you have to shoot - shoot, don't talk." Quit fooling around. Go, or stay home. If we're going to pay 200 people full time to work on this, demand they produce something more than just paper.

These people run in addition to leap about these individuals combined with shoes or boots even now search excellent. I do think they may be worth the expense.
