These guys are good. They've got it down to a science when to fold the awnings and clear the tracks. What I liked were the middle-class Thais (the ones posing for the pictures) who obviously hadn't been there before, and were probably more used to getting their veggies in supermarkets, or at least in a less hazardous traditional market.
