Back in the EU.S.S.R

EU-poster-europe-4-all.jpg

You thought the whole 'EUSSR' thing was over the top? Have a look at this poster – Telegraph Blogs Take a close look at this promotional poster. Notice anything? Alongside the symbols of Christianity, Judaism, Jainism and so on is one of the wickedest emblems humanity has conceived: the hammer and sickle.

Your Say

In keeping with the kid's game of Godzilla vs. King Kong, or Sauron vs. Darth Vader, etc.

If after the revolution the Communists and Jihadists fight to establish dominance, who would win?

And what's the five-pointed star? The U.S. Army?

Jihaidists would win, because they don't care if they blow themselves up and die. Communists are materialists, and somewhat ore reasonable when facing the overwhelming power.

Kumbayov, tovarish, kumbayov.
Kumbayov, tovarish, kumbayov.
Kumbayov, tovarish, kumbayov,
Oh, Lenin, Kumbayov.

I thought the European Union Flag was a white star upon a white field.

The EU suffers from a true deficit of democracy and accountability to the people. It is only natural that they have come to hate it. OTOH, when the dust settles, the Greeks will be really poor, the Portugese will be really poor, the Spanish will be really poor, the Irish will be poor, and the northern Italians will be rich and the southern Italians will be really poor. Of course, that's the way it was before they started. All of this ho hah is irrelevant.

And the Germans are good at chemicals and industrial machinery (heh). And the French are still good at bread, wine, cheese, and couture. And the Brits are still shopkeepers. And the Scandos have lost all their Viking blood (except the Danes), and they're still farmers. And the Central Europeans are wondering what will happen to them next (and it's never good).

There's an equal number of each symbol in the star, so the duplication of the hammer and sickle is typical for the design but... that symbol is as evil as the swastika. It is simply mind boggling to me that people have no particular problem with communism but rightly hate and fear nazis.

But the commies are the "Good Totalitarians", and as we all learned, Communism is perfect in theory, it's just that people are greedy and selfish. You see, that totalitarian stuff is just a transitional period, while the government has to torture coerce gently persuade and re-educate everyone into understanding how this will be the best for everyone. And how there can't be people doing their own thing, or it messes it up for everybody.

And notice the symbol that's missing? The people who worship the almighty dollar. Those are the bad people, and they don't want them in the EUSSR. D*** filthy money-grubbers, always trying to win, and buy ever bigger houses and boats. If everybody can't have a yacht, then nobody can. Except the royal barges for the Inner Party members, of course.

Well, they got it right that communism is a religion.

Islam shouldn't be there either.

Where are the symbols for those that are the only reason half those symbols are not at the throats of the others: the US Army, USAF, USN, USMC...?

Reminds me of Churchill's(?) quip about the Germans: seems like they are always either at your feet, or at your throat.

The hell with the symbol arrangement. Toss all of them in a cage, let them fight it out. Shoot the winner.
