Orange juice and Mountain Dew is a concoction dreamed up by the skater crowd.

Add 2 oz of Cuervo and you've got brunch.

A little Bacardi, some Grenadine, some fruit on a stick, and let the weekend begin!

Meh. Mix all that with a bottle of 5 hour energy and then let's talk.

I’ve been drinking MD for years in the morning…on weekends in the summer at the lake. Since I sleep in the boathouse, am usually too hungover to make the hike up to the cottage and coffee just doesn’t cut it when the temps are high. Plus I can start fishing right away.

Now, if I could only find Jolt Cola. The original, not the crappy stuff they put out now.

With me the term "Redneck" is a term of deep respect and affection.

I'm pretty sure both MD's are negro drinks. Rednecks drink PBR for breakfast.

I have mixed Diet Mnt. Dww with O.J. for over a decade.

Diet has more carbonation which is perfect for this drink, plus none of the syrup taste/texture of regular MD. And no calories. It does contain caffeine.

The taste is sublime, addictive in my case. Expensive O.J.'s are the best, then Troopicana, with lots of pulp. Plentiful pulp means spending extra time scrubbing the glass as the pulp sticks to the upper portion where the ice typically keeps it in place long enough to form a bond with the glass.

Pour 3 ounces of OJ over about 10 ounces worth of ice cubes, then using a can top off with DMD. Keep the can around to spritz up the drink whenever you like.
