What We Should Have Learned

The best hope for avoiding a repeat of the L.A. Rodney King mayhem, should blacks not be satisfied with the verdict in the Trayvon Martin case,
is that police forces across the country have learned the lesson of the Rodney King riots: that outbreaks of civil anarchy must be immediately and unapologetically suppressed. --Heather Mac Donald - City Journal

Your Say

First sentence in the Heather MacDonald article is "Could it happen again?"

The answer is find a place to get a bet down, as you will have a guaranteed payout. There will be rioting whether the hated Zimmermann is found guilty or not guilty. The answer is it's happening.

Suppressed? No. Too much work, too dangerous.

The word you want is contained.

With a hair-trigger, blacks have held the hammer of civil unrest over the heads of US tax payers for the last fifty years. For the sole purpose of hijacking.

The Korean merchants who understood that the government had no stomach for maintaining order, and in the name of self preservation took up arms to defend their property.. is the lesson to be learned.

I don't have any hope. Hope that an innocent man will be acquitted, and hope that if he is, blacks won't burn things down again. Some blacks aren't even waiting. Trayvon has become the perfect pretext to give in to their lust for white blood.

Fuck the moderates, those that believe chatting works. The Libbies are dead meat.

Go to the range and practice long weapon marksmanship. Go for head shots.

Is the summer of '12 to be a remake of 66/67/68?

I doubt it, since the SSI and food stamps and unemployment checks haven't run out.

If and when the storm comes, there won't be much warning. I'd say wait till '13, when the government budget has been radically cut because a) either the world refuses to lend to the USA, or b) because of a), we lend to ourselves, monetize our debt, and suddenly everything costs a whole lot more.

I was reading about riots during the Civil War in Cincinnati, they use Gatling guns to suppress the riots, successfully. There is almost nothing that MA Duce cannot fix.
