Sad, but inevitable. The Cayenne produces the profits that keep Porsche alive, and the Panamera doesn't deserve the bad rap the author gives it-- it's stinking fast and handles superbly.
Lambo obviously hopes this weird SUV keeps the company profitable. It's not the company's first SUV-- has the author forgotten the late 80's-early 90's LM002, which was basically an Italian Hummer? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lamborghini_LM002
