"Macaroni Rascals?" Those wascally Nips!
Funny thing: Among Jersey Italians "macaroni" is what the rest of us have taken to calling "pasta."
"Macaroni" was the original term for pasta outside of Italy. The word even shows up in the song "Yankee Doodle."
