Let's not pretend pressure on women to be physically perfect or the expoitation of unrealistic standards for women began in communist China. That, sadly, cuts through all ideologies, resulting in a societal practices that range from aborted unborn daughters in Asia to justification for extreme modesty in the form of the burqa in Islam to entitlements for ugly people in the States.

See Taki's Magazine today. Takimag.com Affirmative Action for ugly people.. and we all know how well that works. Might be best to stick with burqa and create a new niche in the fashion industry and manufacturing and textiles industries. Hell, someone has to stone all these women to death so there is another few million jobs created. Obama is way off on his railway tangent. He could have Michelle covered and silenced in the flick of his left hand if only he'd Muslim up.
