No the outdoor AC approach only works at Disney parks. Even if it actually worked to prevent global warming, the carbon footprint would be bigger than Al Gore's house. And who would foot the bill??? Tax payers and red states, of course. Who else? Nah, we'd best just stick to painting all the roofs white. I think an expert or a very wise Democrat suggested that one. Brilliant, huh? Ranks right up there with banning DDT.
