It is always a political question isn't it.
Pima County is a liberal outlier in a conservative state and the Sheriff reflects those views. That is changing, rapidly, actually.

Waco and Ruby were political statements, made by the Left to show America what will happen if the little people mess with the powers.

Lessons are learned. However, when tested, the results are never quite what the testers expect the 'correct' answers to be.

"Statements made by the left"? Only unintentionally, since liberals by definition don't know how anything works. When they try to do something, they always end up covered in unintentional consequences.
