You have to remember--Barrack Obama is a white Arab trying to pass for black. Accordingly, since he is only trying to impress ("guilt trip")whites, he doesn't care about the problems of blacks.

Well, his job-killing policies, plus the ongoing infantilization of the black male population that his demagoguery only accelerates. Do these labor stats count making licence plates and spending the 25 cents an hour on smokes as a job?
