Mail carrier who defecated in yard gets to keep job
I dunno. I guess he promised to carry government issue doggie bags from now on. Then again, it's not much worse than the tons of crap mail carriers drop in your mailbox daily:

The delectable question is, "With which hand did he wipe?" He may be Mooslem and therefore immune from separation.
He may have used the Washington Times, ergo, automatic dispensation.
Or the Mail Carriers contract may have a provision for three public defecations per route per annum.
Government contract workers have many perqs.
