When I was a kid this song always confused me, since the only answer can be "well, no."

Oh, Mr. Taylor I hope you mean that as you grew you came to see there is another answer.

Perhaps it is because Jesus died once for all- He was there for us- that somehow, through faith, we can be there with Him as well. In moments like watching this video, and no doubt as she sang, I think one can "be there". You were present to him!
