An Icon for Our Age

"Great fleas have little fleas
Upon their backs to bite 'em.
And little fleas have lesser fleas,
And so ad infinitum"

-- DeMorgan, (1915)

This either represents the relationship between the mainstream media and blogs, or the look of the forthcoming 2008 ticket from both parties. I'm not sure which.

As an ignorant Canuckian who doesn't even know what 'nappy-headed' means I may not be qualified to comment on Yankee affairs but I do enjoy your blog. The rat on the frog is almost a perfect metaphor for Canadian politics, by the way. Your photo essay on the hemp fest is brilliant. Whenever I stumble across some such dim-witted insanity I lose my sense of humor along with my cool. You've got my admiration.
