Another assault on the digestive tract as well as the circulatory system: the Bacon Explosion, created around 2008 by two Kansas City BBQ chefs named Aaron Chronister and Jason Day. The completed dish (before slicing and serving to your non-vegan friends) contains somewhere between 5,000 and 6,000 calories.

I’d definitely give that a try.
If I had about 10 people to help dispose of it, I’d try to make one myself.
Our neighbor gave us 2 dozen eggs yesterday and asked if we knew anybody else that wanted some. Seems this heat has their chickens laying overtime.
