There was a skilled film editor, the head tilts and facial expressions are so realistic.
So, in still photographs this’d be called photoshop. And in audio, dubbing. Is there a term for the process in movie pictures, I wonder?
Youtube censored this video within a couple of hours of it first appearing. Youtube will NOT tolerate joy & happiness if they can’t partake themselves. Youtube is the enemy, along with owner Google… but I digress as I am preaching to the choir. I was hoping someone out there in the innerwebs had downloaded this jolly item. The libs do not have a sense of humor. Thanks Gerard for being the diligent watchdog.
It was really funny to see this.
After I watched this one, I went to see the original video, which is definitely a Bollywood production. Once in a while, you find something amazing and praiseworthy for its magic and artistic merit, like a gem found in the middle of many rocks under the earth, and then there it is. This one is it.
I found in it the magic that once existed in the “Golden Age” of Hollywood, when you saw people like Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers singing and dancing in the rain, and Shirley Temple doing her act at such a young age. And then there was “The King and I” and musicals translated into the screen like “Fancy Free” and “West Side Story.” This is the magic that has now almost completely disappeared from Hollywood, which now produces so much P.C. crap and “woke” in films to sell other audiences – so much that few people here in America bother to spend any money for an expensive theater ticket nowadays. Nowadays, we miss it – and find it in other places on Earth.
Trust me. I’ve seen those little sparks of Hollywood magic elsewhere.
Hollywood abandoned that magic and is now rotting to the core. Bollywood is bathing in the magic Hollywood abandoned for profit and for “wokeness.” Our film industry stinks on ice, and deserves a serious reckoning.
Long live Bollywood! And long live any place on Earth where you can still see the magic! we have now lost.
