John the River – Yeah, just look at what the dems and GOPe did with tons of “walkin’ around money” in the Alabama senate race for Sessions’ seat. Admittedly Moore was a sitting duck, and made every mistake in the book, but still, a statewide Democrat winning in Alabama today? Unheard of. (Lived here 45 years and have watched it all go down.)

What has been scary has been all the Court rulings with 5-4 votes. Four certified crazies are pretty consistent in their socialist agenda. We need to get votes to 6-3, 7-2 or better. If Ginsberg retires or takes a dirt nap, I wouldn’t lose any sleep over it.

Ginsburg carries weight in the task of legal destruction of the Constitution. Kagan, considering her ethnicity and profession, is quite stupid. Sotomayor is stupid without qualification. We are fortunate that the Barrack left us with enemies of this sort. They write comedy from the bench.
