Didn’t bother to play the video since he’s already proven himself way off the rails on Russia/Ukraine. I’m getting increasingly disappointed with Peterson. The fame may be getting to his head.

  • Vanderleun July 25, 2022, 7:12 AM

Let’s see: The response is “I didn’t listen because he’s too famous.”

That’s the echo of Yogi’s “Nobody goes there any more. It’s too crowded.”

  • Dan Patterson July 25, 2022, 7:23 AM

This is not a sports contest.
The US has NO PLACE in the conflict but there we are. Just as we were in Butt-Crackastan etc etc.
There are times and places for intervention, where American interests are at stake. This is not one of them.
The situation has been brewing for generations, but it was made far worse by recent Joe Biden and his puppet masters, and otherwise extra Constitutional American influence.
And no, we don’t want Russia to lose.

    • azlibertarian July 25, 2022, 11:13 AM

“…And no, we don’t want Russia to lose.”

I agree….no, I “don’t want Russia to lose”, the implication being that if Russia feels herself backed into a corner, she’ll resort to using her nukes. No. No one wants that.

But what would it mean to have Russia “win”? Before each of us answers that, we’d have to consider what “winning” and “losing” means.

Personally, I think that Russia would consider that it had “won” if it had achieved it’s aims: Removing the Zelensky administration (and those who Putin characterizes as “Nazis”), installing a Moscow-friendly puppet, and then re-creating Ukraine into another Belarus. “Losing” means getting something less than that.

And if Russia does “win”, then what? Am I to believe that Putin would just end his ambitions there? Or, should Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Poland begin to prepare to have the Russians move across their borders too?

Where I think Peterson’s thinking (among others) falls short is when he states that “We’re playing with fire here”. Yes, by engaging Russia in Ukraine (even as a proxy) we are playing with fire. But we were going to be “playing with fire” either way. The Russians are playing this game: They’re blackmailing the West into looking the other way (as they did in 2008 with their taking of Georgia and in 2014 in taking the Crimea) by arguing “Either you allow us to take [fill in the blank] back in a de facto USSR or we’re going to threaten you with our nukes”. You either accept that blackmail, or if you oppose them (again, even through proxies), the nukes are in danger of coming out too. The point that I think Peterson misses is this: Either way, through a Russian “win” or a Russian “loss”, the nukes are on the table.

I admit to my own parochial view, but I believe that a Western-led Europe is a better thing than a Russian-led Europe. And so, I support helping Ukraine defend itself. [And none of this is to say that Ukraine (and perhaps Zelensky) isn’t full of corruption and unworthy of our support. My focus isn’t on Ukraine, but instead on Russia. Ukraine was never going to invade Russia.]

Miss Barnhardt wishes a word with you:

We’re the Baddies: World War Sodomy (with nukes!) is about US bio-weapons labs in Ukraine, which were INTENTIONALLY LEAKING into the human population.
        Full crosspost from NonVeniPacem.

If this is true, and it sure seems so between the open admissions by US officials, and all of the documentary receipts, then Vladimir Putin should be wished every success, precisely so that World War Sodomy can be averted, and the people in Ukraine can have some sort of decent government and not be the cesspit of American and New World Order Sodogarchy that it is now, and that the people not be the human Guinea pigs of BigPharma, the Gates Foundation, Anthony Fauci, and the American Deep State.

Meanwhile, the faggot puppet installed by the CIA, Zelensky, sent his wife to the Grand Orient that meets in the US Capitol to beg for weapons and thus drag as many nations into direct conflict with Russia as possible. Because, you realize, World War Sodomy is EXACTLY what the Freemasonic Sodogarchy wants. Death, destruction, chaos, and MASSIVE weapons contracts.

Here’s Mark’s piece, in full. (cont.)

Gerard, This is one of the most concise, enlightening “clips” you have published. Thank you. I am forwarding to a whole lot of people. I can understand why “anonymous” uses the handle. I would too.

If you wish to know what Peterson thinks, you have to listen to him speak and you have to read what he writes. You cannot really know a man from studying other men’s views on him. You cannot know Caesar unless you read his “Gallic Wars” and his “Civil Wars”. You cannot understand Marxism unless you read “The Communist Manifesto”. You cannot understand Christianity unless you read the Bible.

If you have not read Peterson or Caesar or Marx or Scripture, then shut up about them.

    • Balzoa July 25, 2022, 9:37 AM

You make an excellent point, although I suspect there are thousands upon thousands out there who have read the Bible and STILL don’t understand Christianity.

      • Snakepit Kansas July 25, 2022, 10:34 AM

I have been through the Old and New Testament more than a few times and believe me, I will never be up for sainthood. I understand more though, each pass.

        • Mike Austin July 25, 2022, 10:56 AM

Someone once wrote, “I could never be a Saint, but I could be a Martyr if you killed me quick.” Yeah, I get that.

      • Mike Austin July 25, 2022, 10:55 AM

True. I would put the majority of televangelists, preachers, bishops and cardinals in that category. To such men the Bible is not the inerrant Word of God, but a way to earn a nice paycheck.

  • Balzoa July 25, 2022, 9:33 AM

Putin is canny, sane, and competent. I would trade Biden for him in a heartbeat. I mean, sending Pelosi to Taiwan is completely insane. We are so screwed here in the USA today.

    • Dirk July 25, 2022, 10:50 AM

Any why would Pelosi going to Taiwan be inside?

  • Denny July 25, 2022, 9:38 AM

No one is perfect but Peterson is a breath of fresh air.
There is absolutely no wonder why that man has become famous because
of the way he has risked his career and likely his own life in standing up with the truth
to that commie shithead Trudeau and the rest of those twisted liberal perverts up in Canada.
He’s honest, straightforward and probably forgets more factual truth every single day than “Anonymous” has learned in his entire life.

    Yeah, I’m pissed.

  • Vanderleun July 25, 2022, 10:09 AM

Yet more reasons that Anonymous Coward is wrong:

    • Mike Austin July 25, 2022, 11:19 AM

I wonder what sort of sophistic dance Vox Day would perform if he saw this? Day has a strange hatred of Peterson not unlike his hatred of “boomers”. In fact, he wrote an entire book about the evils of Peterson. It baffles.

There is something else about this Peterson clip: He reminded me that those who oppress this nation number around 1000 movers and shakers. That’s one thousand—a very loud and noisome and in-your-face one thousand. And most are rather conveniently in one place. We number 150,000,000. I’ll take those odds.

    • KCK July 25, 2022, 9:12 PM

That’s incredible! Yes: jail for these butchers, and for many more progs. I want jail time for physicians and medicos who promoted COVID.

  • KCK July 25, 2022, 6:29 PM

Here is what we must have. Unquestionably required. Out boot on Putins nut’s, stepping down hard. Looking him straight in the eye.

    Prove me wrong.

    • ghostsniper July 26, 2022, 4:59 AM

      See my Barnhardt reference above.
BTW, I think you mean red high heel on his nutz.
