Don’t know that he did have construction loans at all. Quite possible that he did not. In any case, he and his son also built his channel to over a million subscribers over the years. That alone is worth, well, hundreds of thousands of dollars or more PER YEAR. That plus many of the materials used were donated. One way or another, they made out very very well financially.
