Strange Daze: Orwell’s Brave New World

Two plus Two does not equal Transgender

“A deformity or a sickness does not undermine the principle that we’re dealing with.” — Elegant, intelligent, case closed.

The “misinformation” panic wiped out the WMD fiasco, restoring honor to credentialed press. The DNC leak erased “Collateral Murder.” After George Floyd we hated cops, after January 6th we loved them. Ukraine now is openly being sold as a blue-pill cure for everything that went wrong during the War on Terror, including the recent defeat in Afghanistan. “Realism” is in disgrace, and “leadership,” “regime change,” and the “universal appeal of freedom” are back, only this time their primary backers are the upper-class cosmopolitan Democrats who marched against the simplistic “freedom against evil” plot neoconservatives tried to sell them twenty years ago.

We’re at the end of a twenty-year cycle that has taken what was once the oppositional-skeptic portion of the American population and seen them rally behind the people they once hated the most. This has been accomplished by keeping us in a rage that always escalates and is never watered down by contradictions, thanks to the mastery of “reality control” via “an unending series of victories over your own memory.”

No amount of evidence could slow the propaganda machine which remained in high gear spitting out a non-stop stream of sanctimonious slogans and exaggerated death tallies. The intended effect was widespread panic, resulting in a collective psychosis that negated all thought.
“We don’t have time!”
“We must act now!”
“Listen to the “experts!”
“Follow the science!”
“We don’t have the “luxury” of critical thinking!”
And most importantly:
“All who question the “official” narrative must be condemned.”

Put simply, Covid-19 was not an epidemiological event, it was a psychological operation.

It’s Like Democrats Want to Be Crushed in November The Democrat’s 2022 congressional polls are dire, with numbers as foul as the interior of Eric Swalwell’s Prius on the way home from a chili cook-off at Fang Fang’s condo. And the Democrats refuse to crack a window. They are hotboxing a Republican wave so mighty that even the Republicans can’t screw it up. Let’s review:
They opened the border because the faculty lounge left wanted to, and suddenly, the Deep Blue Rio Grande Valley is turning red. Turns out that even Democrats don’t want to drown in a tsunami of Third World illegals. Now, if the rich snobs who run the Democrat Party actually knew any Hispanic — oops, I mean “Latinx” people — who are not either illegals providing them cheap labor or beret-wearing Aztlan fetishists they met at Yale, then they would understand why these proud, patriotic Americans are infuriated by illegals flooding over the border and are now flooding into the GOP. Remember 20 years ago and all the talk about the emerging Democrat majority? Well, that was supposed to be driven by Latinx people, except Latinx people think “Latinx” is dumber than Mazie Hirono and Sheldon Whitehouse’s love child. The Democrat elite took Hispanics for granted — talk about condescension — and Hispanics took off.

The ideal citizen of Orwell’s Oceania bubbled with rage a mile wide and a millimeter deep and could forget in an instant passions that may have consumed him or her for years. We just did this, with a pandemic that had the country steaming with indignation until it was quietly declared over the moment Putin rolled over Ukraine’s borders. We switched from “the pandemic of the unvaccinated” to “Putin’s price hikes” in a snap. National outrage moved a few lobes over with zero fuss, and now we hate new people; instead of “anti-vax Barbie,” we’re barring Russian and Belarussian kids from the Paralympics.

It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? – 1984

Black Lives Matter secretly used $6 million in donations to buy luxurious 6,500-square foot mansion in Southern California, it has been revealed. Emails show the firm wanted to keep the purchase secret, despite filming a video on the home’s patio in May. The news comes as the foundation faces federal scrutiny for alleged misuse of donated funds – and comes on heels of criticism of co-founder Patrisse Cullors. Cullors, 38, came under fire last year for a slew of high-profile property purchases. She resigned after facing backlash from critics and supporters.

Elsewhere in the formerly great state of California, unrestrained madman Gavin Newsom chose a walking disaster in a dress as the first openly transgender Superior Court appointee in the state’s history. If you took Paul Shaffer and threw a wig on him, he’d still look better than Andi Mudryk, Newsom’s new tranny judge. Judge Trainryk welcomed the news of “her” installation with a speech in which “she” put the people of the state on notice that “she” checks so many victimhood boxes, resistance to the appointment is futile.

Lord, you are the hope of Israel;
all who forsake you will be put to shame.
Those who turn away from you will be written in the dust
because they have forsaken the Lord,
the spring of living water.

Enough Therapy?: An Unconventional Analysis of Putin’s War on Ukraine Why is Putin leveling cities and killing civilians– beyond the fact that the West is cheering Zelensky for refusing to surrender and thus to allow his cities to be razed to the ground, their peoples besieged: More than simply a way of compensating for the incompetence of Russian troops, the mass killing of civilians puts immense pressure on Zelensky to agree to the very things Putin has demanded all along: territorial concessions and Ukrainian neutrality. The West will also look for any opportunity to de-escalate, especially as we convince ourselves that a mentally unstable Putin is prepared to use nuclear weapons.

And, finally, Stephens explains, if Russia gains what it wants in Western Ukraine, it will gain, not just energy independence, but energy supremacy. At that point, your sanctions will not count for very much. We note that Germany, having subjected itself to the stupidity of Angela Merkel, having shut down much of its nuclear generation capacity and having made itself dependent on natural gas, is now beginning to say that it must ration gas.

To the extent that Russia’s military has embarrassed itself, it is more likely to lead to a well-aimed purge from above than a broad revolution from below. Russia’s new energy riches could eventually help it shake loose the grip of sanctions.

There you have it, an alternative interpretation of the mind of Mad Vlad. One does not need to embrace the Stephens reading in toto. But, one does well to consider an alternative to the standard conventional narrative line.

BUCHA: Press Briefing by Permanent Representative Vassily Nebenzia on the situation in the town of Bucha (Kiev Region) and related matters | To sum it up, there are no reports of atrocities which are accredited to the Russian military in Bucha, which happened before the Ukrainian army took control of the town. Four days after the Russian military left the city of Bucha there was not a single sign of any “atrocities”. I repeat  — not a single reference to it, anywhere.

The infamous video depicting bodies on the city roads only appeared on April 3rd. It is full of discrepancies and blatant lies. According to its authors, the bodies were lying on the streets for at least 4 days by the time the video was filmed. However, the bodies are not stiffened. How is that possible? It is against the law of biology. The bodies do not have signs of decomposition known to forensic experts, including cadaver stains. The wounds contain no blood.

Another point illustrating that this video is fake.

The Ukrainian forces use either blue or yellow armlets or stripes. Because members of Ukrainian militia do not always wear military uniforms, local civilians in Bucha wore white stripes on their upper arms when the Russian forces were stationed in Bucha. That was done to prevent misidentification of civilians from members of militia. When the Ukrainian forces entered the town, they fired at the people with white stripes, killing the civilians. There is a video showing a conversation between members of Ukrainian units. It was published in social media by the so-called “territorial defense” a radical nationalist fighting group. One of the radicals asks if he can shoot at the people without blue stripes. The other confirms that this is permissible.BN Russian speakers know that, but let me translate for the rest of you: Question behind the scene «There are folks without blue bands, can I shoot them?» Answer: «Of course».

5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.

7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

Regarding Bucha, it was declared a safe zone at the end of March and there were no tweets or posts about missing family in the hive at any time. Ivan is smart by keeping the borg power on.

Novak’s deportation isn’t aging so well now is it? Even in real time at the AO, there were several players that had to withdraw as well as a ball boy who collapsed on court.

“Governor Gruesome is currently scanning the roster of lower-court judges for his next appointee. Word has it that in Bakersfield there’s a traffic court judge who identifies as a “transgender Afro-Cuban dwarf with Lyme disease and long Covid who has a 100-year-old Cambodian son who survived Pol Pot because he’s part hyena and also invisible.” California’s next state Supreme Court chief justice!”

    Now that’s down right funny.

In regards to those verses from John 8, I have a marginalia note in my Bible. It reads, “What did He write?” One is left to wonder, what did He write?

We’ll ask Him when we see Him.

I wish I could know, but considering the placement of the story in John 8, and the surrounding scripture I find myself imaging it was “Mene mene, tekel, parsin”. Read and meditate on all of Daniel 5 and perhaps you may find some literary correspondence, too. Either way, it scared the pride out of them.

      • Mike Austin April 6, 2022, 2:41 PM

“Mene, Mene, Tekel, Upharsin”—the greatest political statement of all time. It should be written in the halls of the US Congress.

The entire municipality of Shanghai—population 25,000,000—is cowed by a little robot doggie. And I’m supposed to fear these people?

If we ever fight the Chinese I prose we simply release a horde of those robot pooches before the battle. That’ll scare the shit out of the Asiatics. Game. Set. Match.

Of course, the Chinese might try to eat them.

Had Enough Therapy, bless his heart, goes in a circle. Either Pooteen has engaged the cities (failed) or he’s only there for “Ukrainian neutrality”. Which is it? The side-swipe at Zelinksy is gratuitous.

I’m not paying strict attention to Irpin-Bucha because of work, however a bunch of civilian deaths there isn’t news. You understand that, right? It’s horrible what war does, but being shocked, as western newsies are trying to get you to be, is a poor move for you. It’s war. Here is news: Russians don’t police up their dead. That is an unusually cruel and primitive behavior for a modern military. It’s sickening.

My take is that Russia is not regrouping so much as it is in an actual retreat. They will do something militarily, but it’s rather hard to (resisting a perverted infantry slogan here) a country with a limp army.

Interesting the part about Russia after energy supremacy and Western Ukraine. Too bad they aren’t man enough to get into Western Ukraine. I took it to mind the other day when I read here that Russia wants to force Europeans into buying rubles to exchange for their filthy oil and gas habit.
Amazing how global things are; we stop our energy initiatives here in America, and the world goes to absolute hell. POTUS karma is indeed a bitch.
Bad leadership will ruin things fast. It’s fascinating to watch the dems sell bad leadership as a feature of their political platform. It’s evil.

Musk buying Twitter is going to be fun in the news. Twitter became fukn Goebbels there right before this. Now, we’ll see what happens. Musk gets style points, for sure. I still can’t find the door handle on his energy beliefs, though.

Lt Gov Robinson: preach it! Sometimes you can over-love these silly kids. Sometimes you need a big black preacher to shake you by the brain stem and tell you what’s up. Tranny-ism is a stupid belief. How about try: getting right with Jesus.

Just took the time to watch that nuclear reactor startup video. Very cool! And to think, I rode around in a U.S. submarine powered by one of those bad boy nuke reactors. I wasn’t often allowed in the nuke engineering space on the boat, as I wasn’t a nuke, to peer at the reactor through the little port window installed for visual inspection, but the couple times I did, I never saw anything like that. Impressive!
