Some sort of blog display glitch going on

I noticed that the open thread for yesterday isn’t displaying properly except on the home page, nor are the comments showing when the page is opened. I can’t see why this would be happening, so I’m going to have to take it up with the host. Sometimes they can fix things of that sort quickly but sometimes it takes a little while. Blogs can be touchy things. My apologies.
UPDATE: I posted this and added a test comment, which showed up just fine. Then I deleted the test comment. So it seems to me that the problem is just something connected with Friday’s open thread. Therefore, I think I’ll just let it be and assume that things will work okay from now on with all the other posts but that one. Consider this the open thread for the weekend.

Blog’s going the way that the rest of the country’s going.
I went down a mental rabbit hole over the weekend centering on what I’ll call “systems” and the fact that all the systems in this country, from my (now) little one man show up to multibillion dollar systems, and how we all must do things against our will and best interests, just because.
Down, down, down I went into that dark and dank environment of swirling miasma with the bottom of the hole opening into 2 full bottles of Fireball. The view from the bottom of the bottle goggles wasn’t pretty, but it was, in a way, refreshing. Kinda like how your mouth feels after swishing some Listerine around in there. Burns like hell at first, then glides like a summer breeze.
A whole bunch of parasites HAVE to be permanently removed from each of our backs, minds, hearts, and souls – or be permanently removed with them. None of us freedomists ever approved, implicitly or tacitly, for the overwhelming burden that we are now expected to bear in perpetuity. This is the only life we will ever own and by natural right we have the role of living it as each of us sees fit and NO ONE gets to say different.
