Rights are only protected through their use.

Just as a muscle grows strong from labor; or a mind becomes sharp through study
– so our rights are only strengthened as we exercise them. Freedom dies not in an epic explosion of violence, an assault against those who defend her, but instead with a shrug as the lazy stop caring and wander off. Free societies, we forget, are a luxury; made of free people unsupervised by a sovereign or a big brother, interacting with each other in our perfect spontaneous order which has led to great prosperity product of those liberties. Your Say

"Rights are only protected through their use."

Complete and utter bullshitski.
How do I know this?

Because the second I go over there and start telling Joel Hirst how he should be doing his "natural rights" he's gonna get all up on his back legs and start whinying like my little pony and cause my right hook to exercise it's rights and knock his intellectually depleted ass out.

Here's the thing. Hirst gets to do with his rights as he sees fit and so does everybody else and when you step across that line into Tyrannyville you get knocked the fuck out.

No, eddady that doesn't say Trannyville though you wish it did.

Reading Hirst's entire article, it seems he gets it completely right.
If you don't defend your rights the bullies will escalate their bullying.
It's either self-defense or timely attack against an imminent threat.

We missed the seriousness of the threat on December 7 and on 9/11. In a different way we missed the crippling of our way of life by sabotaging government traitors and our ineffective defective citizenry.
Climbing out of the shitpit we're in means regaining and exercising our rights. By 'our' I mean each one of us who cares enough.
Since 'unmasking' is the new buzzword, let's unmask the unsanity/irrationality of microaggressions and transgenderism.
The first signals a need for cribs or wombs to be returned to, and the second to put the disingenuous genderist on suicide watch given their unusual high rate of suicide.

There's no right that has been exercised as much as the First Amendment.

But the 1st A is now swirling the porcelain, close behind the 2nd...

...followed by the 4th, the 10th, &etc.

So, nice try, Joel. But reality disagrees.
