Tom Hanks Breaks from Hollywood Pack and Says He Hopes Trump Does Well

"This is the United States of America. We'll go on.
There's great like-minded people out there who are Americans first and Republicans or Democrats second," Hanks told THR. "I hope the president-elect does such a great job that I vote for his re-election in four years." | PJ Media

Your Say

I remember Dennis Miller saying essentially the same thing in 2008. Nice to hear, but based on the fact that Hanks is a left wing pinko commie Marxist, I would bet my last penny that The Donald will disappoint him greatly.

Hanks has made some good movies. He should stick to that and shut his pie hole. Why would anybody want to know what he thinks? His blather, or any other celebrity for that matter, have little effect on how I form thoughts. Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Mark Levin and a host of other people who know things about the Constitution or economics carry much more weight with me.

I could drone on further, but nobody would read that far and I have elk chili to cook.

He knows which side his 19 grain artisan bread is organic violet and echinacea honey buttered on.

Tom Hanks and the rest of the Hollywood commies are all starting to worry. Many are now scrambling to television in the hopes of propping up what they perceive to be flagging careers. Though it's probably too late as many millions of people are cancelling their cable (like myself) and choosing a myriad of other options. These will give us a much better opportunity to not watch the likes of Tom Hanks and his Hollywood ilk, unless of course we choose to.

"...choosing a myriad of other options..."

A few years ago I traded the satellite dish in for a wood lathe and instant addiction occurred.
