The Democrats Have the Worst Presidential Candidates in America

The media mocks the Republican presidential field as a clown car while the Democrat field is a bankrupt Socialist banana republic consisting of cranks, thieves, failures and lunatics.
It doesn’t look like America. Instead it looks like a Marx Brothers take on Cuba. While the Republican field brings fresh ideas and personalities, the Democrats have dusted off a collection of unappealing politicians whom even their own voters can’t get enthusiastic about. Hillary Clinton is the frontrunner despite polling underwater in likability. Even Marylanders don’t want Martin O’Malley to be president. And Bernie Sanders will be lucky to carry Vermont and Berkeley. Sultan Knish

Your Say

First, let me say that compared to the ideas of Team-O, the ideas of this “bankrupt Socialist banana republic consisting of cranks, thieves, failures and lunatics” seems positively shiny and new!

Second, Bernie will definitely take Vermont, Berkley and the Peoples Republic of Ann Arbor.

Finally, Marty isn’t running (yet). He’s just “pissed.”

This has been true for the last, what 10 election cycles? Even Clinton was a lousy option. The guy was a blatant liar, serial rapist, sexual harasser, and philanderer, and clearly hated the country. Gore was a stiff bozo who swapped positions every time something became unpopular, Obama was a no-experience sophist radical leftist, on and on. Every election lately its been a pack of incompetents and losers on the Dem side, propped up by the press like a scarecrow in a field.

And the republicans have been doing everything they can to keep up with the democrats.

No matter who's in charge, when you think things can't get any worse, they do.

In that regard, both sides are about the same, just different, with the citizenry getting the shaft.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel though, with each election cycle there are less voters so that by oh, say, 2150, no one will be voting at all, except the politicians themselves, and most people will be ignoring them.
