It's not police who make a police state

From Atlas Shrugged:

“Did you really think we want those laws observed?" said Dr. Ferris. "We want them to be broken. You'd better get it straight that it's not a bunch of boy scouts you're up against... We're after power and we mean it... There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What's there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced or objectively interpreted – and you create a nation of law-breakers – and then you cash in on guilt. Now that's the system, Mr. Reardon, that's the game, and once you understand it, you'll be much easier to deal with.” Exhibit A: Obama Sues Companies for Complying with Obamacare

Your Say

One cannot battle something like this overtly. One takes a monolith down in bits-from the shadows-from the soft underside. Prevent it from smoothly operating.

Terror is the method. Those patrolling the byways and highways have to constantly be looking over their shoulder. They need to die in ones and twos in a sporadic but regular stream. The complacent citizenry need to get bloodied too. They need to become pissed at the powers for not being able to protect them.

If there is an auto accident, the first responders and traffic control get hit. Upset the routines, disrupt the daily functioning of the machine.

You see this in every failing state where the terrorists are taking down the government.

Stage a car wreck with junk cars, call 911, shoot the responders from a distance. Got it.

A 5gal bucket nails and fuel inside wouldn't hurt either.

BTW, Sensing is wrong. If there were no spineless sociopaths to carry out the political classes desires there would be no police state for they won't enforce the laws themselves. It's called POLICE state for a reason.

Until such time that everyone treats everyone else as they would to be treated themselves there will be a constant state of war.
