“I was not ‘converted’ to the Church,

but made my way into it through what Newman calls illation — fragments of truth collecting in my mind through personal experience, conversations, knowledge of exemplars, and much reading and meditating.” - - Russell Kirk

My salvation, accepting Jesus as my Lord and Savior came about through Evangelical Christians working with a Pentecostal Fellowship. Talk about a leap of faith!
My spiritual awakening was a gradual one rather than a burning bush, knocked off my donkey experience.
It has been hard walking the straight and narrow path at times but it gets better with practice.
