Despite being the greatest orator of the last thousand years,

he's a complete bust at selling anything but himself,
as comprehensively demonstrated in his first couple of years: see his rhetorical efforts on behalf of ObamaCare, or Massachusetts Senate candidate Martha Coakley, or Chicago's Olympics bid. When it comes to war, he suffers from an additional burden: before he can persuade anybody else, he first has to persuade himself. And he can't do it. So he gave the usual listless performance of a surly actor who resents the part he's been given.

Your Say

A community organizer with the sales skills of a used car salesman. And he has been doing the job for what, six years?

My uncle Letsgo Lozko sold chickens better than Obama sold anything.

As for the bantam chickens, those little sumbitches are the living descendants of velociraptors. I wouldn't be messing with 'em.

Greatest orator my pimply ass! Listening to Dana Lasche yesterday on the radio and she said something similar and I sat here for 10 minutes dry firing at that box of electronic vermin.

Are these people REALLY this retarded?
Where the hell have they been if they think that THAT was decent oration?

The boy was READING that shit!
He wasn't speaking.
He was READING!!!!!!!!!

About a subject he has very little knowledge of.
Yet people that should know better cannot contain themselves and go stumbling all over creation ladling praise all over his elementary speaking prowess.

jesus goddam christ on a skateboard already

I've sat in on many, many meetings with prominent people that know implicitly what they are talking about and I have not heard even one politician in the past 30 years that comes any where near that level of prose. period.

I've heard oasswipe speak, on the radio, exactly once, about 4 years ago, and there is no way in hell that assplug would last more than 30 seconds in a normal meeting of the minds by people that know what they're talking about. ever.

"The problem ain't the politicians, it's the people that elevate them into power that need to be eliminated in mass, pronto. If you eliminate the former and not the latter, in short order you will have the former all over again. Hell, I'd probably become a criminal too if a bunch of people paid me handsomely to be so."

The radicals of the '60's are now running the country: Obama, Kerry, Holder and Hillary. All Liberals/Progressives/Socialists have no inner core, they cannot construct something. They've torn down and trampled on existing forms, programs and structures that they railed against in the '60's

Even now, they can only destroy the existing forms. Witness all of what they have accomplished-nothing. Everything that they attempted to erect lies in a pile, mouldering, inert with no hope of producing anything of value.

One has to have a soul and heart to create, a belief in man, the innate faith that man not government can and will take care of himself and his neighbor.

That is absent in a Progressive/Liberal/Socialist and cannot be breathed in to that being/spirit.

This has been where the fifty-one percent have been making the forty-nine percent follow their lead.

what it will take is some kind of equalizer: Colt, Smith & Wesson, a number of others will turn the tables quickly. We also need the men and women willing and able to use them. Until we get to this stage nothing will happen:

“The hole in his forehead where the bullet went in was about the size of a pencil. The hole in the back of his head where the bullet came out was big enough to put your fist in, if it was a small fist and you wanted to put it there.

"I reckon you could have put your foot in the back of his head where the two barrels of heavy duck load splattered out even if it was a medium-sized foot, and you didn't want to put it there." ~W.S. Burroughs~

Now we're talkin'

This from Breitbart archives

"In 2008, during that contentious Democrat primary that pitted Hillary Clinton against Barack Obama, the former president was in full sales mode to get his wife the nomination of the Democrat Party. In an effort to enlist Ted Kennedy to his cause he uttered what any journalist would immediately brand as a racist remark.

"According to Ryan Lizza of The New Yorker, Clinton said, 'A few years ago, this guy would have been carrying our bags.'
