Without consequence, when the Department of (fill in the blank) funded academic study was proved to be "artfully" falsified, to meet "expectations" and, garner further "research" funds.

Kinda' like that "covered" intensive scientific psychological wellness recovery treatment regimen. Recent studies show... 45 minutes equals one billable hour. Lawyers agree.

And the problem can only be resolved by -wait for it- a new government program. And a tax increase.

I've always wondered about that "we can't comment because the investigation is ongoing" statement. Is there a law that forbids it? Or is it just a method of dodging providing information?
