"I just never liked my trachea"
Having recently undergone surgery to remove a cancerous mass from his nose, Jenner, no stranger to cosmic electives, said he was paying his plastic surgeon a consultation visit to discuss fixing a post-op scar when the Laryngeal Shave came up. "I just never liked my trachea," he told TMZ.

A friend of mine, an ex Santa Barbara PD officer who worked security at parties for Hollywood types in the 80's, was treated one afternoon to the spectacle of Mr Kardashian enthusiastically going down on fat tub of goo movie producer Alan Carr. Say what you want but that Jenner boy is ambitious!

Also, after seeing that face, he thinks his Adams apple is the problem?
