"Clueless – one can only hope -"

Our own malevolent naïf's membership in the Choom Gang and his two drop-in senatorial gigs
appear to have been an inadequate preparation for the business of conducting serious statecraft as president of what was hitherto considered to be a country to be reckoned with. Clueless – one can only hope – as to the basics of economic growth and fiscal sanity, Mr. Obama has also rushed to intervene in every pestilential backwater south of Sicily and east of Cyprus. He has embraced the hateful Muslim Brotherhood and championed the interests of millions of third-world illegal immigrants over those of his own people. There simply are NO federal policies today that are not remarkable for the absurdity of their goals, the destructiveness of their effects, or the malevolence of their formulation. Liberty's Torch: The ongoing farce.

Your Say

There was some hope he'd learn on the job despite his near-total inexperience and almost total lack of qualification. But his arrogance and zealotry seem to have made him amazingly resistant to learning.

Someone like you and me might have thought that for a few weeks or months, maybe, but almost all the people who voted for him the first time didn't give a flying rat's ass about qualifications or experience. The second time? That is beyond understanding.

I think Obama is really pretty easy to figure out. He's an effeminate and narcissistic coward, confused by his weird and twisted parental background, his confused sexual identity, and his admitted drug use while being totally doped by the teachings of Bill Ayers and Alinsky. He is completely devoid of conscience except where it suits him and even then it's a twisted conscience. He can literally justify any behavior he chooses.

I tend to think of Obama as a character from a nightmare that dances on the end of strings that are pulled by others. Without thought, he takes his orders from whoever those people are with an utter lack of concern for anyone but himself and whatever thing he happens to take the time upon which to focus. And, insofar as he does as he's told, as POTUS he doesn't have any other real job. Except golf and lving, consciously aloof to the idea of truth.

Obama is a not an economist, a businessman or a critical thinker and he is not capable of collaborating with anyone who disagrees with him on the level that one "might" expect from someone who is cursed to fill the shoes of the U.S. presidency. He views himself as separate, distinct, above and unlike everyone else.

Eternity is a long time though and eventually he, like all the rest of us, are going to face a reckoning. At that time there will be Hell to pay and Hell demands everything

I've never seen anyone with such a vast gulf between their personal abilities and their self-esteem. President Obama is a capable speaker, a decent parent (he seems really good with kids), and a good rabble-rouser. But he THINKS he's the greatest human being to ever stride the planet, better at every job than everyone around him, never to be questioned, always exactly right at the right time, in the right way.

Its simply breathtaking. His ego couldn't be bigger and his abilities much less.

So how's that Hope and Change working out there in the Middle East? Forward!

I can't agree. Yes, Commandante Zero is a provincial know-nothing unfit for any elected office.

But whose senatorial experience and life experience would qualify him? Hillary's? McCain's? JFK's? Teddy Kennedy's? Patty Murray's.

I shudder.
