Low-Info at Birth: Maxine Waters: 'Over 170 Million Jobs Could Be Lost' Due To Sequestration

Maxine ['I'm drooling as fast as I can'] Waters is top Democrat on the House Financial Service Committee. -- The Decline And Fall Of The American Empire - Small Dead Animals

Posted by gerardvanderleun at February 28, 2013 2:05 PM. This is an entry on the sideblog of American Digest: Check it out.

Your Say

One of the only two reasons they all become Federal legislators: plunder. For themselves, their family, their friends. They console themselves with a just-so story that they are holding the line on We the People being plundered by the other guy.

(The other reason: they don't like what you are doing, so they mean to rule you.)

Several years ago Maxine Waters accidentally admitted she wants socialism.
(an oldie but goodie)

Be fair to Maxine. She's counting people in all 57 states and Guam if it hasn't tipped over and the colonists from when the astronauts walked on Mars.

To be fair (no, fair would be sequestering Maxine at Pitcarn Island) Maxine never said astronauts walked on Mars. That was Barbara Lee.

Maxine hah! What do you think this says about the turkeys that elect her.

She is a poster child for gerrymandering.

I denounce myself in advance. Waters and all her ilk are elected by rationally ignorant (i.e. low-information) voters.

Obviously math isn't her strong suit.

Wikipedia: She worked in a garment factory and as a telephone operator before being hired as an assistant teacher with the Head Start program at Watts in 1966. She later enrolled at Los Angeles State College (now California State University, Los Angeles), and graduated with a sociology degree in 1970.

She is Exhibit A when an argument is made for democracy being the Antichrist. If she even received 2% of the vote I would worry, but she actually wins elections.

Anonymous (you get around the internet don't you?)actually Obama said there were 57 states and Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) worried about Guam tipping over. They all come from the same black liberal plantation. Maxine Waters D.-The Hood)spoke out on behalf of the Bloods and Crips during the Rodney King riots. She's a piece of work.

Ahhh, Waters sociology degree 'splains it quite well. A degree where an opinion counts as a correct answer.

I just cannot imagine being so unencumbered by a sense of shame, or fear of embarrassment for stating something so patently ridiculous. Yet, there she is, secure in life time employment, living off the backs of her ignorant, uninformed constituents. The country can survive old Maxine, it cannot nor will survive the growing hordes that elect someone of her ilk.

By the way, all: it's 58 states, NOT 57. If you look a t the complete Obama quote he said he had one more state to go.

This positively proves that some women are exactly what they're cracked up to be.
