People should turn out the lights when they leave work. Nothing irritates me more than driving past the local welfare office (sorry, Dept of Human Resource Development) at 11:00PM and seeing all the lights on. I know the welfaristas aren't working, they don't work during the day.

gleen; Hear Hear! However, to be somewhat fair, large offices usually get cleaned at night - cleaners have to be able to see, too.
