I'm surprised it's only 100 mil he's saving. USG really must have its grip extended into every last banking crevice around the world now. If it were a billion he was keeping out of the hands of these kleptocrats, I'd tell him to by all means do the patriotic thing and ditch American citizenship. Disgusting evil bastards.
