Yes, kids, Roseanne Barr, career has-been, is still nucking futs.

Sad Roseanne and Her Nutcracker

She's trying to sell a book Roseannearchy: Dispatches from the Nut Farm and a new reality TV show,
"Roseanne's Nuts" on Lifetime. The show chronicles "Barr's decision to manage a fully functional 40-acre macadamia and livestock farm in Hawaii after a long, self-imposed sabbatical from series television." There will be 16 episodes of this [bullshit.] .... Roseanne: "If people were to get their protein from nuts rather than beef, you see, there'd be no global warming, and there would also be enough grain to feed all the hungry people." -- Roseanne's Nuts about Global Warming : TreeHugger

Your Say

Macadamia nuts are really good for you. I love them, but they're pricey. If Roseanne cared about poor people like me, she would send several boxes at low cost to undernourished peons like me. Roseanne, I love your NUTS!! Send me some.

Pistachios, man. Much better for you.

Beef has a distinct advantage over grass in feeding poor people.

It can be walked to the market.

Those poor, poor nuts.

Or

Nobody is that nuts.

Our youngest daughter, our grandson and one of my brothers and his family are long time residents in Hamakua. My wife and I enjoy the show for the scenery and the hippy-dippy ambience that permeates that part of the Big Island. Compared to most of the crap that's on television, it is actually kind of amusing, though not as cool as "Bitch'n Kitchen".

Relevance is a tricky thing for celebrities. Once you consider what slaves they are to their craft, what fools they are willing to make of themselves to see their name in ANY light, you almost (almost) start to feel sorry for them.

Dammit, I thought she was dead.

Roseanne needs to understand that normal folks can't survive eating bales of hay like she can.

Vegetabletarians are more flatulent than meat eaters, therefore they contribute more greenhouse gasses to the atmosphere.

OTOH hand, Vegetabletarians make better eating than carnivores, so we should just eat them. Roseanne should be heavily disguised in a stew to make her palatable, but someone delicious like Alicia Silverstone should be packed in salt, and slow-roasted in an oven.
