In Japanese, most people just say 変な外人 (hen'na gaijin, "weird foreigner"). -Chan is the dimunitive you add to the names of little kids and cute girls. You add -kun when speaking to or of boys, -san when speaking to or of social equals, and -sama ("lord")or -sensei ("master") when speaking to or of social superiors.
