Death-Dwarf Bloomberg Finally Fires Worst NYC Chancellor Ever

After three months of hell,
Mayor Bloomberg finally put Cathie Black out of her misery as schools chancellor -- a fiendishly difficult and complicated job that he was foolish to have offered her and that she was foolish to have accepted. -- Michael Bloomberg's Cathie Black blunder--John Podhoretz

The Peter Principle in action: "in a hierarchy every employee tends to rise to his level of incompetence." Except here she started at the top and worked her way down and out in only 90 days. Now if Bloomberg would only extend this rate burst of good judgment and fire himself.
