I'll keep saying, as long as his mother was an American citizen, it don't matter where he was born.

It does matter where he was born if only one parent is an American citizen and the individual is born outside the US. At age 21, that person must declare citizenship. They are then a natural born citizen.

The not so great legal minds weigh in. It does matter where he was born, the citizenship of his parents, and most of all his adoption by Lolo Soetoro as an Indonesian. Bottom line, he ain't one of us.
