The Armed Hamlet Theory of Democratic Socialist Cities

Berlin or San Francisco, No Difference

Daniel Henninger: The 1099 Democrats
As to the future, look at a map done by the National Conference of State Legislatures showing state-level party control now. The southeastern states, one of the most economically vibrant regions of the country, is wholly red. North Carolina has its first Republican senate since 1870. What's still blue on this map suggests the Democratic Party is collapsing into mostly urban, public sector redoubts—Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Boston, Chicago.

Good. Once we've got them surrounded we can move in an give them the Berlin treatment at the end of WWII. Right down to the smoldering corpse of their perverse ideologies outside the bunkers.

Your Say

A rule of insurgency is that you take the countryside, then the cities, then the capitol.

The commie-libs don't need much acreage, they occupy gov't buildings in every hamlet and county and state. The commie-libs won't leave you alone just because you took their job away. They sit in universities and think-tanks brewing their poison and making their plans while their office drones implement tyranny.

Hey, wait a minute...we live in the Soviet Socialist State of Minnesnowta, in the liberal ghetto of south Minneapolis - the district that returned Keith (Muhammed X) Ellison to Congress.

Do you have to nuke the entire site from orbit (the only way to be sure), or can we just excise anybody who's taking in more in government benefits than they're paying in taxes?

How much food do they grow in the cities?

Blackwing, to quote an earlier (angry) AD poster:

"Think globally and act locally."

"The southeastern states, one of the most economically vibrant
regions of the country, is wholly red."

Deo vendici! :)

Haven't we already started the campaign by bulldozing Detroit?

When are they going to be finished with that?

How much food do they grow in the cities?

I think they should start eating each other.

Have you ever tried eating hippie? I don't care what you do, how you cook it, what you marinate it...the scent of stale dope STILL comes through.

As for how much food we can grow in a city, Detroit's the excellent example. They're currently planning how to bulldoze entire vacant neighborhoods to turn them back into productive farmland.

In the meantime, most of our back yard is garden...produce, not flowers. My wife cans and freezes, but we're conserving the squirrels until we really need 'em.
